Marlin Marquees has a range of linings to style your marquee, including pleated and flat, along with black starlight lining, and coloured overlays. Linings are a base for creating the theme and styling for your event, from the classic and elegant pleated, through to the modern flat linings.

Coloured and patterned linings can be the starting point for themed events. These are just a few to get the inspiration flowing:

- Purple coloured overlays for that 80s theme

- Ivory pleated linings for a classic English countryside wedding

- Starlight Linings, not just for over the dance floor, create a warming Winter Wonderland

- Criss-cross overlays for that Out of Africa feel

Below are just some of the linings that Marlin Marquees can offer. However, as always, if there is something that you have in mind that is not included on the list, please do get in touch to discuss your vision in more detail.

Pleated Linings

Pleated linings are by far the most popular style for a marquee. The standard colour is ivory, however, they are also available in white. The lining package includes roof linings, walls, swag (or pelmets) and leg drapes.

Want to add a splash of colour to complement your event styling? Then why not look at the coloured overlays.

Flat Linings

Flat linings add a modern feel to your marquee and are available in ivory or white,.

For a softer look why not combine the pleated ivory roof linings with the flat walls.

Available for both clearspan and traditional marquee.

Starlight Lining

Starlight Linings

Black Starlight lining (also available in ivory) looks stunning in Winter wonderlands. However, their most popular use is over dance floor areas to create a truly different style.

They can be combined with either pleated or flat linings, or why not add a dividing/reveal curtain to separate the more formal area from the dance floor space.

Do you have a theme for your event, or would you just  like to introduce some subtle colouring? The roof overlays are a perfect addition.

Coming in a range of colours; they can be used on their own in clear roof sections or in the traditional marquee, or can also be used over the pleated or flat linings.

'Club' coloured overlays have been used for Rugby Club, Hunt Balls and Football Dinners.

Dividing Curtain

Dividing Curtain

The dividing/reveal curtain is an ideal way to separate two themes within a marquee; usually used between the dining and dance floor area, it is a great way to 'reveal' the newly weds for their first dance as husband and wife.
